WP Realty sells Lordens Plaza to Kimco
WP Realty, a real estate investment, development, management and leasing company headquartered in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, is pleased to announce the sale of Lordens Plaza located in Milford, New Hampshire, to Kimco Realty Corporation on April 29, 2008.
The center is located on State Route 101A at the interchange with State Route 101; the only major east-west thoroughfare through southern New Hampshire. The Town of Milford is located in the center of Hillsborough County, and west of Nashua, which is one of the region’s most important economic markets. Lordens Plaza has a premier retail location less than one mile from the Central Business District of Milford, along a heavily traveled retail strip with excellent visibility and easy accessibility via two means of ingress and egress from Route 101A.
Lordens Plaza is a 148,802 square foot grocery/drug anchored community shopping center that is anchored by Shaw’s Supermarket in 71,000 square feet and Rite Aid in 17,050 square feet. Other tenants include a complementary mix of national, regional and local retailers such as Dollar Tree, GNC, Radio Shack and Papa Gino’s.
The center was built in 1982 and expanded in 1989. It is comprised of two buildings and a bank pad. It was originally acquired in April 2000 by Lorden Associates, L.P. a joint venture of Charter Milford, LLC and WP Real Estate Fund I, L.P.
Lordens Plaza is currently 100% occupied.
