WP Realty Announces Promotions

Joseph R. Staugaard III, CFA has been promoted to Vice President of Capital Transactions. Mr. Staugaard was previously Senior Financial Analyst with the Company. In his expanded role, Mr. Staugaard will oversee the companyís acquisitions, sales and refinancings, as well as other financial aspects of the Companyís growing business. Prior to joining WP Realty in 2004, he worked at OíNeill Property Group, one of the largest office building developers in the area, and before that was a financial analyst with Capital One in Virginia. Mr. Staugaard graduated from Shippensburg University in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Computer Science. He also earned a MS in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, Virginia, and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Timothy S. Herb has been promoted to Senior Director of Development. Mr. Herb was previously Director of Development with the Company, and has over 15 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining WP Realty in 2004, he worked for the Kravco Company, based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, as Director of Development. His project experience includes a $46 million renovation at The Galleria at Fort Lauderdale, a $110 million new construction, mixed-use building complex at Lockwood Place in the heart of the Inner Harbor in Baltimore, Maryland, and a $53 million conversion of a former Strawbridgeís at The Pavilion at King of Prussia. Currently he is overseeing a $45 million complete redevelopment of Delco Plaza in York, Pennsylvania for WP Realty, which will be anchored by Loweís, Giant, Ross, TJ Maxx and Office Max, and a $16 million redevelopment at Lincoln Mall in Lincoln, Rhode Island. Mr. Herb graduated from Bloomsburg University with a B.S. in Business Administration.
