Top 100 Owners and Managers
WP Realty is proud to be honored in Retail Traffic’s annual survey of the Top 100 Owners and Managers for 2008, (April 2009 issue), which is a national ranking of the top owners and managers of retail real estate in the United States.
We were ranked #50 among Top Owners and #53 among Top Managers, based on total retail GLA.
WP Realty also attained the award of Top Developer, Best of 2008 in Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal, (May 2009 issue).
