WP Realty, a real estate investment, development, management and leasing company headquartered in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, is pleased to announce the refinance of Berkshire Square with Wachovia.
Closing took place on February 1, 2007.
Berkshire Square is a 112,000 square foot shopping center located in Reading, Pennsylvania. The center is anchored by Rednerís Warehouse Markets, and Staples, Wal-Mart, LA Fitness and PetSmart shadow anchor the center.
The property is situated at the intersection of Berkshire Boulevard and State Hill Road, less than a mile from the Berkshire Mall. It has excellent visibility in the heart of the areaís retail corridor on the west side of Reading, and easy access to Routes 422, 222 and I-176. WP Realty originally purchased the property on August 23, 2005.
