23 West City Avenue, a two story commercial office building, is located in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, approximately six miles west of downtown Philadelphia. The property, consisting of 12,000 square feet, was formerly used as a radio station. WP Realty purchased the property on October 31, 2005. The sale was brokered by GVA Smith Mack and Prime Realty.
