Mr. Herb is responsible for the complete planning, coordination and oversight for all development and redevelopment activities within the existing portfolio as well as new acquisitions. He joined WP Realty in 2004 as Development Director and was promoted to Senior Development Director in 2006. Prior to joining WP Realty, Mr. Herb spent eleven years in various development roles for King of Prussia, PA based Kravco, where he worked on notable projects such as King of Prussia Mall, Deptford Mall, Lockwood Place and The Fort Lauderdale Galleria. Mr. Herb graduated from Bloomsburg University with a B.S. in Business Administration.
