Thomas W. Fuchsel
Vice President and Controller
Mr. Fuchsel provides overall direction for the Property Accounting Department. He is responsible for overseeing all financial services related to the companyís portfolio and leads a team of eight accounting professionals and eight support staff. Property Accounting provides accounting and reporting services, cash flow projections, budgets, audit and tax return preparation for all assets. Mr. Fuchsel has more than 33 years of real estate experience. He joined WP Realty in 2003 as Controller and was named Vice President in 2005. Prior to joining WP Realty, Mr. Fuchsel was Controller for the Rubenstein Company, a Philadelphia-based real estate company with more than 6 million square feet of commercial property. Prior to joining the Rubenstein Company, Mr. Fuchsel was Controller for Strouse Greenberg & Co., Inc. Mr. Fuchsel graduated from LaSalle University in 1975 with a B.A. in Accounting, and received an M.B.A. from Drexel University in 1986.
