Mr. Pisano is responsible for all property management functions, including implementing the value added strategy for site and building improvements for stabilized assets. He oversees a team of regional property managers, property managers and administrative personnel. Mr. Pisano has over 34 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining WP Realty in 1996, Mr. Pisano was Senior Vice President of First Montgomery Properties, a real estate investment and management company based in suburban Philadelphia, where he was responsible for the management of nearly 10,000 apartment units. Prior to joining First Montgomery, he was Senior Vice President of Wentworth Group, a Philadelphia-based real estate management company, where he oversaw the management of nearly 40,000 residential units and over 1.5 million square feet of commercial property. Mr. Pisano graduated from Rockland College with a B.S. in Business Administration, and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM).
