Mr. Stein provides overall direction to the Capital Transactions group, overseeing the business and financing aspects of all transactions. He leads the group in identifying debt and equity sources of funds for acquisitions, dispositions and refinancings. Mr. Stein has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to co-founding WP Realty in 1995, he was Senior Vice President for Arbor Property Trust, a NYSE listed real estate investment trust based in suburban Philadelphia, where he oversaw property acquisitions and financing. Prior to joining Arbor, Mr. Stein was Senior Vice President of Dusco, Inc., manager of a private real estate investment trust whose portfolio included $700 million of retail properties. Prior to joining Dusco, Mr. Stein was Director of Acquisitions and Development for Strouse, Greenberg & Co., Inc. Mr. Stein graduated from Drexel University in 1981 with a B.S. in Accounting and Finance and earned an M.S. from Villanova’s School of Law in 1985.
