Mr. Rosenberg provides overall direction for the Legal Department and also oversees the Lease Administration department. He is responsible for all legal aspects of acquisitions and financings as well as lease preparation and administration, and leads a team of eight legal professionals and three attorneys. Mr. Rosenberg has over 27 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining WP Realty in 1998, Mr. Rosenberg, an attorney, was Vice President and Real Estate Counsel for Pet Valu International, a 100-store pet supply chain. Prior to joining Pet Valu International, he was Associate General Counsel for Charming Shoppes, a national women’s clothing retail chain. During his tenure at Charming Shoppes, Mr. Rosenberg negotiated over 500 leases for store locations across the country. Mr. Rosenberg graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a B.A. in Arts and Sciences and received his J.D. from Temple Law School.
