Mr. Hess is responsible for the negotiation of all leases in the company’s portfolio and handles all construction related documentation for the company’s various development projects. Additionally, Mr. Hess works closely with the company’s Capital Transactions Department in connection with the acquisition and disposition of the company’s various properties, including the negotiation of agreements of sale and all due diligence related matters. Mr. Hess joined WP in 2004 after spending several years at WolfBlock LLP, a prominent Philadelphia law firm. He graduated from the University of Maryland in 1992, magna cum laude, with a B.A. in Government and Politics and received his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1995.
