Dan Fuchs
Vice President - Construction & Development
Mr. Fuchs manages all aspects of the Development and Construction Departments. The departments are responsible for development, re-development and construction activities at existing assets as well as assisting in the underwriting of new acquisitions. Prior to joining WP Realty, Mr. Fuchs was Vice President of Development for Patriot Equities, a private equity firm that re-developed 8.5 million square feet of office and industrial properties. Prior to joining Patriot Equities, Mr. Fuchs was an Assistant Vice President of Toll Brothers and the Vice President of Construction, and an Officer of Extended Stay America; both New York Stock Exchange companies. Prior to being purchased by the Blackstone Group, Extended Stay America developed, owned and operated 475 hotels in 42 states and was the fastest growing hotel chain in United States history. Prior to his tenure with Extended Stay America, Mr. Fuchs was a construction litigation attorney in Philadelphia. Mr. Fuchs graduated from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in Psychology and earned a J.D. from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis.
